Registration Form for Pioneer Memorial Presbyterian Church Vacation Bible School June 13-17 2011 9:30 am to 12:00 noon It’s time once again to get ready for some summer fun at Pioneer Church’s Vacation Bible School. Our kids will be treated to a week of songs, games, and crafts at the Shake It Up Café, while learning more about God’s love for them! VBS is open to all kids age 4 through the 3th grade. Once again, we will also have a specialVBS track for “Tweens” (4th, 5th, and 6th graders). There is a special 3’s program, but a childmust be 3 by September 30th and a parent must be at the church and available to help outall week. A nursery is also available to children under 3 for any parent volunteers with little ones. To register: Click here to open the form. Print out, complete, and return. If registering multiple children, each child must have their own form. Registration for Pioneer Church Members will take place on Sunday, May 1st and Sunday,May 8th immediately after Worship. Registration for Preschool Parents will take place onTuesday, May 10th and Wednesday, May 11th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Registration willclose on May 25th or once all available spots are full. The cost is $15.00 per child or $30.00 per family. Cash or Check. Payment must accompany registration. You may also drop off your registration forms and payment to the Pioneer Church office during normal office hours.
